Service Sales Administrator

In the Service Department, you are responsible, together with you colleagues, for selling services from the Service product range (upgrades, spare parts, extended repairs and maintenance contracts).

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Issue quotes and handle all customer communication on these issues and in some cases issue the invoice
  • Follow up quotes and, if required, visit the customer on site to “defend” and “contend”
  • Close cooperation within service and other departments is crucial for improvement of service quality and to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by proper response time and prompt deliveries
  • Define the potential and target customers and where needed visit the customer
  • Develop and undertake proactive approach by phone and/or mailings
  • Further optimization service quality
  • Correct bookings in ERP system (work orders, maintenance contracts)

Candidate profile

  • Excellent organization and follow-up skills
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with demonstrated ability to present complex information and issues in a user friendly manner
  • Ability to relate to customers, their views and issues


  • Experience with MS office & ERP systems is a big plus
  • Can easily communicate in Dutch, English and French
