Roles and Responsibilities:
•
Managing client portfolio
•
Follow-up of the aging balance for some entities of the group
•
Sending reminders
•
Processing payments
•
Monthly closing (provisions, bad debts, ...)
•
General improvement of current processes
•
Determining the creditworthiness of new and existing customers
•
Provide support for other entities within the group
Candidate profile:
•
Experience with ERP software is a plus
•
You are a team player but can also work independently.
•
You can deal with stress and unexpected issues
•
Proactive and enthusiastic, an entrepreneur who sees solutions and takes initiative.
•
Flexible attitude and strong adaptability
•
Critical mindset
•
Good communication skills in Dutch, English, and at least 1 other language (preferably French/Italian/Spanish).
Education:
•
Min. 2-3 years’ experience in a similar business or area scope
Other skills/abilities:
•
You are eager to learn
•
Accurate & you work in a structured manner
•
Good knowledge of MS Office ( Word, excel,… )
•
You are discrete
