Roles and Responsibilities:
- Educate, advocate, and create a common understanding in the TOMRA organization on the topic Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and its benefits for our customers
- Collaborate with customers to build/validate a KPI system for the identification of and a methodology for the elimination of operational inefficiencies
- Specify and drive the implementation of related systems and frameworks in our IoT platform, TOMRA Insight
- Enable our organization to consult with customers on eliminating inefficiencies from their processes using OEE
- Benchmark operations at TOMRA customers aiming at best-in-class
- Identify technical and organizational measures which can improve our products and services while helping our customers eliminate inefficiencies
- Create new unique selling points and business models based on data and learnings
Skills and abilities:
- Proven track record for the theory and implementation of operational excellence / lean (six sigma) / OEE management initiatives in the process and/or manufacturing industry
- Consulting experience is a plus
- Customer centric mindset
- Excellent teamworking and communication skills
- Ability to communicate clearly across functions with different (technical) backgrounds

- • Willingness to learn something new every day
- • Strong in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- • Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English
- Flexibility to work outside standard office hours due to team members located in New Zealand, Europe, the US, and China
- Willingness to travel (internationally) as needed to meet with customers and colleagues at other locations (est. up to 25%)
Education:
- M.Sc. in engineering (STEM)/Engineering & Management
- 3+ years of work experience in a similar role
