P&O Advisor

This is a key role for a HR professional who can support our internal clients, divisions, people managers and employees. You will join a team who runs on collaboration, agility, dedicated client mindset, adaptability, creativity and continuous learning.


You will guide our people in facilitation the different aspects of our benefits.

You are the key point of contact for our staff and support & coach the line management in their role.

You guarantee the proper introduction and application of a wide range of P&O applications and regulations in order to achieve a properly directed staff policy.


Working fields are comp &ben, learning & development, leadership development, P&O admin.

  • Support people managers and employees to correctly understand and apply the P&O policies (e.g. employment regulations, special working schedules, benefits, etc);
  • Handle in a timely manner the employees’ questions and requests escalated by the team because of high complexity or sensitivity;
  • contribute actively to the roll out of HR projects in collaboration with other teams;
  • Take on the role of Confidante in matters of employee welfare
  • Supporting on different Systems as our ERP & time and attendance system.
  • Following up on all important paperwork that our people can travel safe and in the best circumstances.
  • ensure a timely and accurate reporting on the activities within your scope
  • You participate in various P&O projects, mainly in your area of expertise
  • You manage all trainee & internships, from placement to follow-up
  • Follow up on fleet management, pool cars.
  • Plan social activities for the plant
