Inside-Sales Administrator

TOMRA Sorting Solutions is a world leader in optical and electronic sorting equipment. We are a dynamic company with an outstanding product line and customer satisfaction in the sorting industry. Our UK location has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator within the Sales Team.  This position will report to the Sales Director.


Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Participating fully in training sessions, meetings, skill building and professional development classes.
  2. Identifying decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to start sales process.
  3. Cooperating with Sales manager and Sales Supervisor to determine essential strategic approaches for sales.
  4. Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization.
  5. Outbound and inbound account management.
  6. Supporting the re-seller communication channel throughout the sales interval.
  7. Attending sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts, reporting on market situation.
  8. Handling cancellations or changes in sales order and communicating the changes with the related departments.
  9. Coordinating with Sales Team/PM for status on orders from related plant departments in ensuring the delivery commitment to clients is met.
  10. Collating and consolidating report on monthly sales performance per sales personnel, per product, per region or office, and per industry.
  11. Capturing of accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
  12. Attending industry conferences to develop industry expertise and to build network.
  13.  Support organization of Local events/seminars and meetings
