Customer Engagement Platform Lead developer
TOMRA Food is creating a customer engagement development competence centre to implement systems and processes supporting the digitalization of our business at the customer interface. This initiative is core to the transformation of TOMRA Food and we are looking for the best resources to help us become leader in the customer engagement area. As Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) lead, you are responsible to deploy, configure, customize, integrate and maintain all of the components required to support our customer engagement vision.
Our strategy relies on Dynamics 365 and related technology as an application backbone, complemented with the necessary addition to ensure best possible experience for our customers and employee when dealing with TOMRA Food. You are in charge of delivering the value to the customer and the business by overlooking all aspects of the systems and processes delivery cycle and by keeping abreast of the development of the platform to continuously position TOMRA Food as a leader/ reference in the customer engagement and experience. You have a genuine interest for the customer, you speak natively “CRM” and data. You are passionate about Microsoft technology, and you interface naturally with the business as a facilitator, bridging the gap between technology and business in a pragmatic manner.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Day to day, you manage the team of developers, both internal and external.• Collaborate with stakeholders to craft vision and concept development of CEP.
• Work with internal and external contacts to analyse needs and align the CEP product roadmap to strategic goals.
• Define delivery plan and respect delivery commitment
• Work closely with product management/business teams to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value.
• Design, build, customize and maintain the CEP modules used at Tomra.
• You ensure the EP components are kept up to date and running with the performance required to guarantee best experience.
• Staying current on business/supplier developments through relevant reading, networking, meetings or attending conferences/workshops.
• Write technical designs based on fit-gap analysis for customizations, integrations, and data migration.
• You are the guardian of the quality, supportability, maintainability and TCO of the CEP
Candidate profile - Required Skills:
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with eye for detail, at same time maintaining an overview.• High level of initiative, ability to work well in a team environment, plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction.
• As part of a global team, you are able to work, always innovating, in a rapidly change environment, prioritizing accordingly.
• Advanced knowledge of relational database concepts
Extra Skills:
• Working with global and offshore teams to establish and maintain CRM technology• Hands-on experience with D365 Customer Experience / Dynamics CRM / PowerApps technical solutions
• Work experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following D365 / Dynamics CRM modules: Project Service Automation, Field Service, Sales, Marketing
• Experience developing & deploying business applications using Microsoft’s Dynamics Power Platform
• Core Skills: C#, SQL, .Net, D365, CRM SDK, CRM Plugins, PowerApps, PowerBI, & Flow
• Advanced knowledge of relational database concepts
• You have minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in multiple ERP implementation and/or CRM implementations.
• Knowledge of Azure Devops is considered an advantage.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is desired but not essential.
Education:
• University degree in computer science preferably in informatics or engineering.• Knowledge of Project methodology, ideally with a formal certification or equivalent professional experience.
• Knowledge of Scrum and Agile in general.
