Key features

Sensor Technology

The Titan II uses a top and bottom array of colour and NIR (Near Infra-Red) optical sensors to scan the surface of individual item ‘in flight’. This allows for an unobstructed view of each side of the product with a high capacity sort. The colour vision sensors analyse for size, shape and colour etc. The NIR sensors analyse for defects which are difficult to see with the human eye such as soft rots etc. Gentle product handling is assured by the design. The first grade produce gently passes through the sorting machine while the second and third grade are directed into individual streams by intelligent finger ejectors with precision and accuracy.

Product Benefits

  • Significant labor reduction, up to a 70 %
