Van Dyk built this recycling testing facility to help MRF customers be more profitable and successful. Processors can bring a sample of their material to see sorting results before making a purchase. The center has two different line configurations that feature four different TOMRA optical sorters, various screens, an elliptical separator, and an air system. The system is a continuous loop that allows customers to switch grades easily and conduct multiple tests with the same material. It is fully capable of replicating in-plant operations.
