  • Punnet/Clam Shell Denester

    The dual ram denester is made for clamshells and can accommodate a wide variety of designs with intuitive adjustment. The Cassette denester uses custom designed cartridges specific to each punnet design ensuring reliable delivery of every punnet to the CURO system. 

  • Box Conveyer

    The Box Conveyor is used for transporting boxes and positioning them under our CURO machines to receive fruit. It has adjustable speed with wipe down modular belts for easy cleaning.

  • Clamshell Belt Lift

    Our Clamshell Lift Belt is a small inclined belt which transports packed clamshells from our filling and packing machines to the Packing Table or Lazy Susan. It has an adjustable speed with provision for printing and labelling solutions.

  • 3 Tier Pack Table

    Our 3 Tier Pack Table is designed to help pack finished product into trays. The top tier is used to store packing boxes while the center belt conveys punnets from packing machines. The lower conveyor transports packed boxes to the end for pallet stacking. Available in 3.6 m (12 ft) or 4.5 m (15 ft) lengths.

    Station Box Filler

    Our Station Box Filler is designed for accurate, high volume box filling. It can accomodate a variety of box sizes and weights. This filler fully integrates with our KATO260 with LUCAi solution.
