#WeAreTOMRA: Meet Agnieszka, Head of Sales Poland

What inspired you to join TOMRA, and what’s your focus?

I lead sales development and build long-term client relationships, ensuring our innovative solutions reach companies that value quality and efficiency, and care about their environmental impact.

I was drawn by the company's innovation, the recycling industry, and the opportunity to help build TOMRA in Poland. What's important to me is having an impact and working on projects that matter. Together, we are changing daily habits and making a real impact on the future and the environment we live in.

What is a typical day for you?

Every day brings something new and dynamic! I meet with key clients to support their needs and focus on growing our sales operations. Sales impact many areas of the business, so each day brings fresh challenges and opportunities to collaborate with teams across production, logistics, installation, and service.

I focus on delivering high-quality products and solid service support, so our clients can always depend on us. Our simple and transparent processes give us the flexibility to focus on what matters most - delivering real value effectively.

How would you describe the culture at TOMRA?

The culture is based on collaboration and mutual support. We work together to achieve goals, taking responsibility for our actions. Our passion lies in innovations that have a real impact on the future.

What has surprised you the most about TOMRA?

I expected a classic corporate environment, but found a startup-like culture - open, supportive, and truly collaborative across all teams. The international atmosphere energizes and motivates me to grow and take on new challenges.

And outside the office, where will we find you?

I travel and stay active - a lazy week on the beach is not for me! I enjoy discovering new places and I never go back to the same places because the world has so much to offer. I'm also passionate about theatre and I read a lot of non-fictions.
