Store Manager Joel Lindegren sees it as essential to offer customers the best possible solution: "We want to make things as easy as possible for our customers – and the TOMRA R2 really helps us do that," says Joel. Being able to pour in bottles and cans all at once, rather than inserting them one by one, has proven to be a strong selling point among customers.
I see it as a competitive advantage to have a machine where you can simply pour in the recyclables. It can influence which store people choose to shop at.

Thanks to the digital display in the backroom, any issues can be quickly identified and resolved – allowing staff to work more efficiently. "Previously, you had to go to the front of the machine and unlock it to handle any issues. Now we can manage everything from the back room – it's incredibly convenient!" says Joel Lindegren.
Assistant Store Manager Sonny Hjalmarsson agrees that the TOMRA R2 is a modern, time-saving solution.
