Built on decades of metal recycling experience, the new FINDER™ represents the next generation of a trusted sorting system, designed as a modular metal sorting platform for modern recycling. It delivers a more capable and flexible solution for complex material streams – one machine with many possibilities. 

As a complete system update, it combines mechanical, pneumatic, and software improvements within one integrated architecture. All sensors and software are developed in-house and engineered to ensure consistent interaction between detection and sorting logic. 

The new FINDER™ gives recyclers the flexibility to do more with one system – running multiple sorting programs, achieving advanced material classification, and reaching performance targets without rethinking the entire line. 

The multi-sensor system delivers flexible sorting performance, with AI-based object processing providing enhanced material classification accuracy. Digital control software with monitoring and remote access supports precise program adjustments on-site or within the local network, simplifying daily operations for operators. 

It is ideally suited for shredder processing plants, ELV recycling operations, and e-scrap processing lines, where performance and flexibility across metal fractions are critical to maintaining and upgrading material quality.

    The new FINDER™ is engineered as a modular multi-sensor sorting platform that adapts to different material streams and metal sorting objectives.

    • Depending on the application, advanced laser technology may not be required.
