Tove Andersen (born 1970)
Tove Andersen assumed the role of President and CEO of TOMRA in August 2021. Prior to joining TOMRA, she worked for a long period at leading global fertilizer company Yara International ASA (formerly Hydro Agri) , where she most recently served as Executive Vice President responsible for European business activities (2020-2021 ) . Over her 24-year career at Yara, she held a number of senior management positions, including Executive Vice President of Production (2018-2020) and Executive Vice President of Supply Chain (2016-2018), as well as various management roles responsible for marketing, business development, and finance.
Tove obtained a Master of Science (Sivilingeniør) degree in Physics and Mathematics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology NTNU (1994) , and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Norwegian Business School BI (1997).
She serves on the boards of Norges Bank, Borregaard ASA, and the Norwegian National Opera & Ballet.
Tove is Norwegian and lives in Oslo.

Eva Sagemo (born 1975)
Eva Sagemo joined TOMRA in March 2012 as a Group Controller at TOMRA Sorting Solutions and held that position February 2018. She then served as Group Controller at TOMRA, prior to being appointed Chief Financial Officer in March 2022. Prior to joining TOMRA, she worked as an Auditor (BDO), Consolidation and Reporting Manager (Aibel) and Senior Accountant (Fugro).
Eva obtained an Executive Master of Management degree with a specialization in Tax Law from BI Norwegian Business School (2021) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Auditing from Oslo Metropolitan University (2000).
She is a member of the board of directors of Hexagon Composites ASA.
Eva is Norwegian and lives in Asker, Norway.

Anika Jovik (born 1980)
Anika Jovik has over two decades of global experience within finance, M&A, strategy, change and stakeholder management, and communication. Anika joined TOMRA in 2025 as SVP Strategy and Head of Finance for TOMRA Collection in Asker, Norway in an interim capacity. Prior to joining TOMRA Anika was CFO for Stokke AS, a premium children's furniture and equipment brand based in Oslo. She has also held several positions within Yara, one of Norway's largest corporations. These positions include Head of Investor Relations, CFO Industrial Solutions, and Project Manager Strategy and Business Development. Anika also worked as a management consultant for Bain and Company in the Nordics and London.
Anika is American/Norwegian and started her career in the United States within the finance sector, including analyst and associate positions at GE Energy Financial Services, Bear Stearns Fixed Income Department, New York City Office of the Comptroller and Public Financial Management based in New York City and Philadelphia.
Her education includes an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Political Science from Yale University. Anika lives in Oslo with her husband and two daughters.
She also serves as a member of the board of directors of Huddly AS.

Stefan Schrahe (born 1974)
Stefan holds a degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Human Resources and Organizational Development from AKAD University in Rendsburg, Germany.
It is originally German and is based in TOMRA's offices in Koblenz, Germany and Asker, Norway.

Marius Fraurud (مواليد 1971)
Marius joined TOMRA in 2016 as Head of Research and Development at TOMRA Collection. Since then, he has served as Chief Technology Officer, Head of Solutions Center, and Head of Business Area for the Middle East and North Africa region in the Collection, before being appointed to his current position in October 2023. Prior to joining TOMRA, Marius had over two decades of experience in technology leadership with global organizations such as Ericsson (2005-2012), Aker Solutions ASA (2012-2016), and the startup Axxessit ASA (2001-2005).
Marius holds a Master of Science degree in Electronics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology NTNU (1999), as well as the rank of Second Lieutenant in the Norwegian Armed Forces.
He is Norwegian and lives in Oslo.

Lars Kversøy Enge (born 1984)
Lars Inge began his role as Executive Vice President of Group Strategy in March 2022. Prior to joining TOMRA, he held various senior positions at Yara International in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, finance, and strategy (2014–2022). Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Yara Europe (2020–2022). Lars also served as Vice President of Performance and Enterprise Risk (2018–2020), Chief Financial Officer of Yara Industrial (2016–2018), and Project Lead and later Head of Group M&A (2014–2016) at Yara. Lars also has prior experience at McKinsey & Company (2009–2014).
Lars holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) (2009).
He is a member of the board of directors of Kezzler AS.
He is Norwegian and lives in Oslo.
