Tove Andersen (b. 1970)
Tove Andersen took on the role of President and Chief Executive Officer of TOMRA in August, 2021. Prior to joining TOMRA she had a long career at the leading global fertilizer company Yara International ASA (previously Hydro Agri), most recently serving as Executive Vice President in charge of European business activities (2020-2021). Over the course of her 24-year career at Yara she held a number of senior management positions, including EVP Production (2018-2020), and EVP Supply Chain (2016-2018), as well as diverse management roles with responsibility for marketing, business development and finance.
Tove holds a Master of Science degree (Sivilingeniør) in Physics and Mathematics from from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology NTNU (1994), and an MBA from the BI Norwegian Business School (1997).
She serves as a member of the board of directors of Borregaard ASA and the Norwegian National Opera & Ballet.
Tove is Norwegian and lives in Oslo.

Eva Sagemo (b. 1975)
Eva Sagemo joined TOMRA in March 2012 as the Group Controller for TOMRA Sorting Solutions and held this position until February 2018. She then served as the Group Controller for TOMRA, before she was appointed CFO in March 2022. Prior to joining TOMRA she worked as an auditor (BDO), Consolidation & Reporting Manager (Aibel) and Chief Accountant (Fugro).
Eva holds an Executive Master of Management with specialization in tax law from BI Norwegian Business School (2021) and a Bachelor’s degree in Audit from Oslo Metropolitan University (2000).
She serves as a member of the board of directors of Akastor ASA and Hexagon Composites ASA.
Eva is Norwegian and lives in Asker, Norway.

Anika Jovik (b. 1980)
Anika Jovik has over two decades of global experience within finance, M&A, strategy, change and stakeholder management, and communication. Anika joined TOMRA in 2025 as SVP Strategy and Head of Finance for TOMRA Collection in Asker, Norway in an interim capacity. Prior to joining TOMRA Anika was CFO for Stokke AS, a premium children's furniture and equipment brand based in Oslo. She has also held several positions within Yara, one of Norway's largest corporations. These positions include Head of Investor Relations, CFO Industrial Solutions, and Project Manager Strategy and Business Development. Anika also worked as a management consultant for Bain and Company in the Nordics and London.
Anika is American/Norwegian and started her career in the United States within the finance sector, including analyst and associate positions at GE Energy Financial Services, Bear Stearns Fixed Income Department, New York City Office of the Comptroller and Public Financial Management based in New York City and Philadelphia.
Her education includes an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Political Science from Yale University. Anika lives in Oslo with her husband and two daughters.
She serves also as a member of the board of directors of Huddly AS.

Stefan Schrahe (b. 1974)
Stefan holds a degree in Business Administration, majoring in Human Resources and Organizational Development from AKAD University in Rendsburg, Germany.
He is a German native and is based out of the TOMRA offices in Koblenz, Germany and in Asker, Norway.

Marius Fraurud (b. 1971)
Marius joined TOMRA in 2016 as Head of Research and Development for TOMRA Collection. Since, he has served as Head of Technology, Head of The Solution Hub, and Head of Business Area EMEA in the Collection division, before he was appointed to his current position in October 2023. Prior to joining TOMRA, Marius had over two decades of experience in technology leadership with global organizations such as Ericsson (2005-2012), Aker Solutions ASA (2012-2016), and the startup Axxessit ASA (2001-2005).
Marius holds a Master of Science in Electronics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology NTNU (1999), as well as the rank of second lieutenant in the Norwegian Armed Forces.
He is Norwegian and lives in Oslo.

Harald Henriksen (b. 1963)
Harald Henriksen joined TOMRA as Senior Vice President Technology in 2004. Since, he has served as Senior Vice President and Head of TOMRA North America Collection Solutions and Head of TOMRA Collection, before he was appointed to his current position in June, 2023. Prior to joining TOMRA, Harald was VP Business Unit Tactical Radio in Kongsberg Defence and Communication AS (2000-2004), VP Product Management and VP R&D in Kongsberg Ericsson Communications ANS (1997-2000). He started his career within technical management and project management in NFT-Ericsson ANS in 1990.
Harald holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics from the University of Salford in Manchester, UK (1985).
He is Norwegian and lives in Asker, Norway.

Lars Kversøy Enge (b. 1984)
Lars Enge started his position as Executive Vice President of Group Strategy in March 2022, and took on the responsibility as EVP of TOMRA Recycling in 2025. Prior to joining TOMRA, he held various senior roles at Yara International within M&A, Finance and Strategy (2014-2022). Most recently, he served as CFO for Yara Europe (2020-2022). Lars also served as VP Corporate Performance and Risk (2018-2020), CFO Yara Industrial (2016-2018), and Project Leader and later Head of Group M&A (2014-2016) at Yara. Lars also has earlier experience from McKinsey & Company (2009-2014).
Lars holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology NTNU (2009).
He serves as a member of the board of directors of Kezzler AS.
He is Norwegian and lives in Oslo.
