The Recruitment Process
-
Complete the online application form with your personal details. Attach your motivation letter and CV (both in English), along with your diploma, including subjects and grades.
-
If your online application is successful, you’ll be invited to complete an online assessment, including numerical, logical, and situational tests. The test will take approximately 30 minutes/hours and must be completed within 48 hours from the invitation. Please be aware and check your inbox.
-
For successful candidates, the next step is a first-time interview conducted via Teams. This interview will focus on assessing your experience, competence, and motivation relative to the job description. We will also share information about the role, including starting dates, opportunities for travel, salary, and other conditions.
-
Afterwards, a selected group will proceed to a personality test and a second interview. The personality test helps us better understand your working style. During the second interview, you will present a case provided in advance and reflect over the results of your personality test.
-
After the second interview, selected candidates will move to the final interview. Here, you will meet your program sponsor, who will provide further insight into the program. This interview may take place via Teams or in person.
-
Congratulations! You have successfully completed a competitive hiring process, demonstrating your skills and potential in every stage. We look forward to welcoming you onboard!
