TOMRA Recycling adds decades of industry experience to its Americas sales team

TOMRA Recycling, a global leader in sensor-based sorting solutions, continues to strengthen its Americas organization with the addition of Chase Bullock and Joel Andujo to the field sales team. Bullock serves as the area sales manager, southeast, while Andujo covers the west sales region for the company. The new team members allow TOMRA Recycling to bring deep applications experience and resources to support the recycling community and evolving market needs.

CWM Environmental invests in TOMRA technology to drive £15 million redevelopment of Carmarthenshire RRF

CWM Environmental Ltd has invested in seven of TOMRA’s advanced AUTOSORT™ units for its redeveloped £15 million Nantycaws Resource Recovery Facility (RRF). The new facility, one of Wales’s most advanced developments in circular economy infrastructure, entered full operation in July 2026 following the successful completion of its commissioning programme. This marks a significant shift to fully automated sorting at the Carmarthenshire site following the 2021 fire sparked by a lithium-ion battery that destroyed the original plant.

Levitated Metals fosters new recycled aluminum markets leveraging AUTOSORT™ PULSE’s elemental analysis

Levitated Metals, New Caney, Texas, already had a successful business transforming Zorba into high-quality, valued Twitch with low magnesium and iron content. But seeing the product’s wrought aluminum downcycled into cast aluminum was viewed as a missed opportunity for Levitated. The recycler wanted to further process the material into recycled aluminum alloys valued by many wrought rolling mills. It was a step that required a new, once-in-a-generation technological evolution provided by TOMRA’s AUTOSORT™ PULSE.

Sulayr and TOMRA partner to scale tray-to-tray recycling in Europe

Sulayr Recycling, based in Granada, Spain, has strengthened its transparent-to-transparent, tray-to-tray PET recycling operations by integrating advanced sorting solutions from TOMRA Recycling. Specializing in complex and multilayer thermoformed PET trays, Sulayr transforms post-consumer material into new food-grade trays with full traceability. By optimizing its sorting infrastructure, Sulayr is establishing a stable and scalable model for circular PET packaging in Europe.
