TOMRA generates revenues of €1 billion and employs 4500 people across the world. The TOMRA Group expects to continue its growth trend and recently recruited its first Head of HR Group.
To support the growth the group needs to continue investing in its people. It is initiating a number of significant change and transformation programs, putting the customer and its people at the core of its ability to lead the Resource Revolution. We want to reinforce management skills, drive empowerment and collaboration and create an environment which nurtures innovation.
TOMRA Food Solution (TFS) has initiated such an important transformation called CULTIVATE.
Through this program TFS wants to reimagine its way of working to generate a more Customer Centric culture with a distributed workforce.
This will require agility, trust and empowerment to operate an effective global organisation.
Several organizational transformation projects are taking place now and will continue into the future which require a significant change management and integration focus.
This role will be key in developing and executing a change strategy and plan targeted HR (People & Organisation)projects and/or transformations (incl. Digital literacy enablement). Critical to success will be the ability to work across all levels of the organization and the development of an effective working relationships with TFS leadership, project teams, Communications, People & Organisaton, and all employees at large.
