Meet Pablo
Pablo started his journey working hands-on with cameras, lenses and light in the lab as an Opto-Electronics Engineer. Over the years, he’s grown into a key member of TOMRA Food’s R&D team, expanding his technical expertise and contributing to innovative projects.
What he does
Today, he supports the organisation’s deliveries and plays a pivotal role in the Dublin Systems team for the TOMRA 4C sorter. His day-to-day work focuses on keeping strong communication across teams and providing support wherever it’s needed. “The real satisfaction comes when obstacles are removed, whether it’s completing a test report, shipping a new sorter, or assisting a Field Service Engineer,” he shares.

Outside of work, he enjoys running: "I run to eat, and I eat to run.”

His advice to others pursuing a similar career? “There’s no such thing as a stupid question. Don’t be afraid to ask and seek help.”
