Meet Manuel 

Manuel joined TOMRA in August 2024 as a Customer Service Coordinator, and with his passion for process improvement and customer support, he quickly made an impact. Less than a year later, in June 2025, he was promoted to Customer Service Supervisor.

What he does

In his current role, Manuel leads a high-performing team, resolves escalations, and collaborates across departments to drive service excellence. What he enjoys most is being part of a purpose-driven company that values effort and teamwork.

Life outside TOMRA

Outside of work, you’ll find Manuel on the tennis court or diving for volleyball saves. He connects deeply with TOMRA’s value of Passion, believing that collaboration, support and having fun as a team are key to success.

Advice to others

“Start by building strong communication and problem-solving skills. Be curious, stay organized, and always look for ways to improve processes. Don’t be afraid to ask questions or take on new challenges. And most importantly, be a team player!” Looking ahead, Manuel is focused on growing as a leader, strengthening team performance, and enhancing the customer experience.
